Living Spirit Yoga

Did you know there is more to yoga than just the physical poses?

Are you interested in experiencing the benefits of yoga in your daily life?

During this interactive workshop, you will learn and practice simple meditation and breathing exercises that can calm a busy mind, whether at home or work!

You’ll also learn yoga movements and poses (chair-sitting and standing) you can weave into your daily life.

No prior experience with yoga is necessary. Dress comfortably. Short group practices will not include floor work.

Tiffany has been practicing yoga for more than 15 years.

She is currently an instructor at Living Spirit Yoga www.livingspirityoga.com and also manages marketing and communications for a local state agency.
